The Monterey Bay Pickleball Club is a non-profit organization supporting the sport of pickleball on the Monterey Penninsula. Your annual tax deductible donation helps with ongoing club expenses throughout the year. Unlike many clubs, we do not collect fees for daily play at the courts. As such, we rely on these annual donations to keep the club running.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and these donations are not "membership fees". Anyone is welcome to join the club for regular play regardless of their donation status. However, all players that regularly participate in open club play at Via Paraiso in Monterey and Morris Dill in PG are encouraged to contribute the suggested $20 annual donation to help fund club expenses. This membership platform is simply a means for the club to administer and collect donations from our valued participants.
